BOARD OF TRUSTEES March 11, 2003
Attending -Peg Freund(presiding), Katherine Kucera, Bonnie Latham, Gail Brice,
Clara Killebrew, and Peggy Arnold
Minutes- read and approved
Correspondence- We received our grant from the Federation from the State
General Fund.
Circulation - February 2003 traffic was 1,346 down 5% from February 2002.
February 2003 circulation was 2,697 down 16% from February 2002.
Old Business -There will be a play and Egg Hunt on April 16 presented by the
GFW. No word yet about the preliminary budget requests. The Laurel Voice will
be published in another week or two. Patti Tuka will be offered the part-time
clerk position. A motion was passed to fill one part-time substitute library clerk
position.
New Business- No one has signed up to attend MLA.
