BOARD OF TRUSTEES April 8, 2003
Attending -Peg Freund(presiding), Gail Brice, Bonnie Latham, Katherine Kucera,
Clara Killebrew, and Peggy Arnold

Correspondence -none
Circulation- Traffic was 1580 down 0.06 % from March 2002. Circulation was
3,624 down 10% from March 2002.
Old Business- We have had no response to the request for volunteers to form a
Friends of the Library. We will hire a substitute library clerk in the next week.
No schedule for budget presentations has been released yet.
New Business - Area quilters will display their work in the library soon.
Katherine Kucera gave a report on the South Central Federation and Workshop
that was held April 5. We are testing our circulation system and have a
community service worker to help update the Gates Foundation computers.
