BOARD OF TRUSTEES December 9, 2003

Minutes
The minutes of the November meeting were read and approved.
Correspondence
We received the grant request form for the South Central Federation FY 2003-
04. The Montana State Library Statistical report is due at the end of December
and can be completed on line.
Circulation
Traffic for November 2003 was 1,378 up 4% from November 2002. Circulation
for November 2003 was 2,730 up 6% from November 2003.
Old Business
The holiday program that was presented by Bernice Mason was well received.
The policy and application form for use of the community rooms were reviewed.
New Business
Library use rules were adopted and summer reading materials have been
ordered. Gail suggested that we ask Don Woerner to present a program this
summer. Peggy will be on vacation January 11 -18.
