BOARD OF TRUSTEES May 11, 2004 6:30 p.m.
Attending
Peggy Freund(presiding), Katherine Kucera, Bonnie Latham, and Peggy Arnold
attended the meeting.
Minutes
The minutes of the April 13 meeting were read and approved.
Correspondence
None
Circulation
Traffic for April 2004 was 1,765 down 2% from April 2003. Circulation was 3,118
down 1 /4 of 1% from April 2003.
Old Business
Peggy has submitted a request for assistance in joining the Montana Shared
Catalog. Recommendations will be made to the Montana State Library
Commission by May 25 There will be a presentation of all the city budgets at a
special council meeting on Wednesday May 19 at 5:30 p.m. A special
department heads meeting will be held at 3:30 June 8 to discuss ways to
increase revenues in the general fund. No more bids have been received for the
repair of the sidewalk.
New Business
Peggy suggested that the library board start some type of planning process.

The next library board meeting will be June 8 at 6:30 p.m.
