BOARD OF TRUSTEES FEB 8, 2005
Attending
Peggy Freund (presiding), Katherine Kucera, Bonnie Latham, Gail Brice, Clare
Killebrew, and Peggy Arnold attended the meeting.
Minutes
The minutes of the January 5, 2005 meeting were read, corrected and approved.
Correspondence
There will be a department head meeting with the Administrative Assistant on
Friday Feb. 11 at 4:15 p.m.
Circulation
Traffic for January 2005 was 1,523 up 4% from January 2004. Circulation for
January 2005 was 3,341 down 6% from January 2004.
Old Business
Ace Electric will be giving us a proposal for new lighting in the center area of the
Library. Peggy will present the Annual report at the city council workshop on
February 22. There will be a meeting with the Administrative Assistant and the
Mayor at 9 a.m. on March 16 to discuss the library budget, and the library budget
will be presented to the full council on March 23.
New Business
The evaluation of the library director was completed. We discussed some ideas
for planning.

The next meeting will be on March 8, 2005 at 6:30 p.m.
