BOARD OF TRUSTEES April 12, 2005
Attending
Peggy Freund (presiding), Katherine Kucera, Bonnie Latham, Clare Killebrew,
Gail Brice and Peggy Arnold attended the meeting.
Minutes
The minutes of the March 8, 2005 meeting were read and approved.
Correspondence
We received ballots for MLA elections and information about the Summer
Institute.
Circulation
Traffic for March 2005 was 1,833 down 4 % from March 2004. Circulation for
March 2005 was 3,881 down 4% from March 2004.
Old Business
Peggy distributed copies of the Annual Report and reported that the Play and
Easter Egg Hunt went well. Katherine Kucera gave a report on the South Central
Federation meeting held at Harlowton.
New Business
Peggy will attend a workshop and meeting for the Montana Shared Catalog in
Missoula May 5 -6, 2005. The State librarian and the Chairman of the Montana
Library Commission will visit our library on April 26 at 3:55 p.m. The Summer
Reading program materials should arrive soon. The Laurel Roadrunners will be
helping with the program and they will plant flowers for us too.
