Notice of Termination
Dear Mayor Olson:
Per my last correspondence to you dated December 29, 2011, please be advised that effective January 9,
2012, ExxonMobil Pipeline Company terminates the above referenced Temporary Construction Easement
Agreement and subsequent Amendments.
With respect to the above, and pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Temporary Construction
Easement Agreement, ExxonMobil Pipeline Company has removed all equipment and material from the
City of Laurel's property (North and South of the Yellowstone River). The property identified as
Riverside Park and the property on the North side of the Yellowstone River has been found to be left in a
in an acceptable condition for use by the City of Laurel. Mr. Kurt Markegard — Director of Public
Works Dept., City of Laurel, has provided our Inspector Mr. Gary Angelette confirmation of the City's
acceptance and return of use of the property to the City of Laurel.
A check in the amount of $10,800 will be sent to Ms. Shirley Ewan — City Treasurer today via overnight
delivery. Said check represents final payment due the City of Laurel for the period of January 1 -9, 2012.
Once again, please accept ExxonMobil's sincere appreciation for the cooperation you and your staff
provided to us during our pipeline activities within the City of Laurel.

Dear Ms. Ewan:
Enclosed please fmd ExxonMobil Check No. 007510, issued to the City of Laurel in the amount of
$10,800.00. Said payment represents final payment due the City of Laurel for the period of January 1 -9,
2012.
Pursuant to our previous correspondence to Mayor Olson dated December 29, 2011 and subsequent
correspondence dated January 17, 2012, effective January 9, 2012 ExxonMobil Pipeline Company
terminates the above referenced Temporary Construction Easement Agreement and associated
resolutions. (A copy of our letter of termination to Mayor Olson is enclosed).
