AMENDING SECTION 10.68.025 OF THE LAUREL
MUNICIPAL CODE, TO ESTABLISH'PARKING SPACES
FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF HANDICAPPED PERSONS.
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 10.68.025 is hereby amended to
read as follows:
Section 10.68.025. Parking Spaces for Handicapped Persons.
~gdicapped parking spaces shall be established by the
Chief of Police and appropriately posted in the places
listed below. The said spaces shall be limited to
exclusive use by persons whose vehicles bear and display
the handicapped insignia approved by the Montana Department
of Family Services. The Chief of Police shall have the
authority and discretion to determine and post the exact
location of each particular parking space listed below,
within the stated area.

3. No change.
4. No change.
5. Two spaces on the South side of South 4th Street, West
of the alley between 8th Avenue South and West AVenue.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days
after final passage by the City Council and approval by the
Mayor.
