RE: Temporary Construction Easement Agreement
Dear Mayor Olson:
Pursuant to the Temporary Construction Easement Agreement (Agreement) dated August 9, 2011 and
subsequent Amendments to said Agreement, this letter is written to advise the City of Laurel of
ExxonMobil Pipeline Company's intent to terminate use of City of Laurel fee owned property (North and
South of Yellowstone River, which includes Riverside Park) on or about January 15, 2012. Per the terms
of said Agreement we will remove all of our equipment and material located within Riverside Park and
North side of Yellowstone River and restore the area we utilized to a state equal to its condition prior to
our use.
I have requested a check in the amount of $37,200 for the use of the City of Laurel property through
December 31, 2011. Said check should arrive in my office next week and I will forward it to the City
Clerk's office upon receipt. Final payment to the City of Laurel will be forthcoming.
On behalf of ExxonMobil Pipeline Company, I would like to take this opportunity to express our
appreciation for the cooperation you and your staff have provided to our Company.
Very truly yours,
