Per the terms of said Agreement we will remove all of our equipment and material located within Riverside Park and North side of Yellowstone River and restore the area we utilized to a state equal to its condition prior to our use. I have requested a check in the amount of $37,200 for the use of the City of Laurel property through December 31, 2011. Said check should arrive in my office next week and I will forward it to the City Clerk's office upon receipt. Final payment to the City of Laurel will be forthcoming.
