AMENDING SECTION 11.20.020 OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE
TO EXEMPT MOBILE HOMES FROM PAYING A MOVING PERMIT FEE
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
of Laurel, Montana: (1) that Section 11.20.020 of the Laurel
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 11.20.020. Application for permit.
A. [No Change]
B. [No Change]
C. [No Change]
D. The City Council may establish an application fee
for said permit by Resolution, and may increase or decrease
said fee from time to time by further Resolution, as and when
the Council deems the same to be appropriate. The required fee
established by any such Resolution must be paid by the
applicant at the time of submission of the application for
permit. No fee shall be required, however, for permit
applications involving the moving, removing, relocating or
transporting of a trailer or mobile home as defined in Section
17.20.555 of this Code.
(2) that this ordinance shall become effective thirty
(30) days after final passage by the City Council and approval
by the Mayor.

reading this 1st day of Auqust , 1989, upon motion of
Alderman
