ADDING SECTION 10.68.036 TO THE LAUREL
MUNICIPAL CODE ESTABLISHING FOUR (4)
HOUR PARKING LIMITS IN THE CITY PARKING
LOT
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 10.68.036 is hereby added to the
Laurel Municipal Code to read as follows:
Section 10.68.036 Four Hour Parking
No person shall park a vehicle in the City Parking lot
located at the corner of West First Street and Second
Avenue, across from City Hall, as posted, for longer
than four (4) hours.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days
after final passage by the City Council and approval by the
Mayor.
INTRODUCED on first reading at a regular meeting of the
City Council on October 18 , 1988, by Alderman Dickerson
and passed.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on the second
reading this 1st day of November , 1988, upon motion
by Alderman Dickers0n
APPROVED by the Mayor this 1st
day Of November , 1988.
