AMENDING SECTION 10.68.030 OF THE _
LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE TO SET ASIDE fv,~-O~y~--*~d..~
PRIVATE RESERVED PARKING ON A PART ~/
OF THE CITY PARKING LOT ~ / /%~y
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 10.68.030 of the Laurel Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 10.68.030 Two-Hour Parking
A. No change.
B. No change.
C. No person shall park any vehicle in the Northernmg~t~row
of parking aces in the City parking lot loc ed at the corner
of West First treet and Second Avenue, ac oss from City Hall,
as posted, for to er than 4 hours.
D. The City Council may stablish priv a leased parking spaces,
at such rate or rates a the Co cil may from time to time
approve by Resolution, in a center two (2) rows of the City
parking lot, as posted, up ritten application and lease,
upon such other terms as the Co ncil may by Resolution approve.
In the event that any rking spac s in the said two (2) center
rows are not privat y leased, then arking therein shall be
limited to four ( hours, as posted, as provided in subsection
C above.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after
final passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the
City Council on September 20, 1988 , by Alderman Dickerson ,
and passed.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second reading
this day of 1988, upon motion by Alderman
