discussed were special collections and State Library Funding
alternatives inorder to preserve L.S.C.A. funds for smaller
libraries

LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE -Gene Williams reported that city government
forms and Their legal relationships to libraries will be
discussed this legislative year

OLD BUSINESS -Ruth reported on the financial workshop that she and
Gene and Happy attended on Novelhber 2.
NEW BUSINESS -The library will close at 3 :00 p.m. on December 24
and December 3i.
