ATTENDANCE-Ruth Baker (presiding), Gene Williams, Gwen Nottingham,
Evelyn Crow, and Peggy Arnold
MINUTES -read and approved
COORESPONDENCE- received e copy of the city county agreement that
the Permly Billings Library is proposing
WARRANTS -10
REPORT OF THE LIBRARIAN - Traffic for April was up 7.3% and
circulation was up 1.5%
FINANCE -some budget transfers may need to be made before the end
of the fiscal year
FEDERATION CONTRACT -Diane Cross will be at the next board meeting
and our contract will be ready for them
FEDERATION ADVISORY BOARD -Ruth attended the last meeting and
several items from the meetting were discussed with Gwen
OLD BUSINESS -none
NEW BUSINESS -none
NEXT MEETING -June 25
