CQRRESPQND.ENCL - Thee State Library is sponsoring a Collection Development
workshop to be held in Billings on July 30. Peggy will attend this
workshop.
WARRANTS -11
FINANC_TAL -The preliminary budget has been presented and accepted by the
city council.
REPORT OF THE, LIBR}RIAN Traffic for May was up 2% and circulation was
down 3% for May.
ELECTION. OF QFFICERS -The officers for 1985 -86 will be Ruth Baker -
President,Gwen Nottingham - Federation Representative,and Happy Gass-Vice
President
QID. BUSINESS -The contract for the Laurel Public Library to serve county
patrons will be mailed to Diane Cross.
VIEW, BUGINE5S-The master for a supplement to the Moncat will be funded
by L.S.C.A. and will be available to libraries for $33 -$35
