council
REPORT OF THE LIBRARIAN-circulation down 3.8%,traffio down .3%
NEW BUSINESS-Happy Gass has resigned from the library board and
Bonnie Pre1ksas will be the new board member. Evelyn Crow has been
elected Vice President
