ATTENDANCE -Ruth Baker(presiding),Gwen Nottingham,Gene
Williams,Bonnie Preiksas, and Peggy Arnold
COORESPONDENCE-request for a leave of absence by Evelyn Crow,
Adele Zink will serve in her place for four months
MINUTES--read and approved
REPORT- traffic was up 16.4% for November of 85 over previous
November,circulation up .3%
FINANCIAL -The bill for serving county patrons was sent to the
Parmly Billings Library.
NEW BUSINESS-A thankyou will be sent to Marvin Carter for serving
on the Library Board. The library will close at 3:00 p.m. on
December 24 and will close at 5:00 p.m. on December 31.
NEXT MEETING- January 28,1986 at 9 :15.
