MINUTES -read and approved
COORESPONDENCE -We received letters from the School Board,Chet
Blaylock,Representative Pat Williams,and Senator John Melcher.
The plan of service for 1986 -87 for the federation was received
and will be discussed at a special meeting on April 3 at 9 :15.
REPORT- Traffic down S.5% from Febuary 1984, circulation up 1.5' %,
from February 1984.
FINANCIAL- Budget hearings should start the second week in April.
OLD BUSINESS - a report was given on the canvass on March 22, some
packets are still coming in and some areas are left to be
canvassed
NEW BUSINESS - Chuck Goidy presented his rough draft of the library
design and concept. It was moved seconded and passed to accept
his concept so that he may proceed.
