AMENSiNG SECTION 7.04.020 OF AUREL
MUNICIPAL CODE, TO ADD SHEEP TO THE LIST
OF ANIMALS PROHIBITED FROM BEING KEPT
WITHIN CITY LIMITS
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
of Laurel, Montana, that Section 7.04.020 of the Laurel
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 7.04.020. Keeping certain animals prohibited.
A. No person shall keep swine, pigeons, chickens,
ducks, geese, turkeys, goats, horses, cows, mules, rabbits,

chinchillas, or sheep within the limits of the municipality
except when transferring such animals to market or where
otherwise allowed within this code.
B. No person shall
keep upon his premises more than
ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days
passage by the City Council and approval by the
two cats.
