AMENDING SECTION 17.32.010, OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL
TO ALLOW FREEZER AND LOCKER PROVISIONERS AND
PROCESSING OF PREVIOUSLY SLAUGHTERED MEATS IN
COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL, HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL, LIGHT
INDUSTRIAL, AND HEAVY INDUSTRIAL ZONES.
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 17.32.010 of the Laurel Municipal
Code is hereby amended as follows=
1. The following commercial activities shall be allowed
in Community Commercial, Highway Commercial,
Industrial and Heavy Industrial Zones:
Processing of previously Slaughtered Meats,
Light
including
cutting; wraPping, and freezing by free~er'andi~.locker
provisioners.
This ordinance shall be effective Thirty (30) days after final
passage and approval.
Introduced and passed on first reading at a regular meeting
of the City Council on August 18 , 1987 by Alderman
Meyers
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second
reading this 1st day of September , 1987.
APPROVED by the Mayor this 1st day of September
