MINUTES-A motion was madeiseconded . and passed to add the special meeting
minutes to regular board meeting minutes, Previous minutes read and
approved,
COMMUNICATIONS-A contract from the state library was received for L,S,C,A,
funds, It was given to Gene Williams library board chairman to in and
then to the Mayor will need to sign it A letter was received from Sheila
Cates about having an oversight committee to work with the architect. Sheila
cautioned that 'one person shoud be the contact person so that
communications do not become second or third hand,
REPORT OF THE LIBRARIAN-Traffic for May 87 was 2@62 down 17% from May 86
and down 28 from April e7, Circulation for May 97 was 3664. down 14X from
May 86 and down 17% from April 87,

GRANTS-Adele reported that Gwen has the Deluxe Check Printers Grant
reedy except for the IRS letter concerning tax exempt status,
TRUST-Elmer Wilhelm printed the survey, The trust members met to work
