Next step in building project -Joe Bradley has the contract with
the State Library. He is also working on a resolution or deed
and he suggested that a title search be done on the building
site.
Adele - received a check from MPC /Entech for $2,000. The Deluxe
Check Grant has been submitted but they would still like a letter
from the IRS determining the tax exempt status of the Library
Trust.
Fundraising letter -a letter asking for memorials for pioneer
families was presented and a rough draft will be ready at the
next regular board meeting.
