A motion was passed to send a letter to the editor of
the Laurel Outlook.
Official Groundbreaking will be June 4 at 10:a.m.
Parmly Board Contract meeting -The Laurel Board will suggest
that a sign up list be passed around at the meeting, our board
will address the Parmly board, and then we would like to hear
comments from the audience.
Budget meeting May 31
Attending -Don Hackman, Bob Gauthier, Norman Orr, Peggy Arnold
Budget cuts approved from the preliminary budget were:
cut personell hours 4 hours per week and library hours($5,423),
book budget by $2,500 , subscriptions $300, travel and
meeting $300, library contract $6,500, equipment repair
and maintenance $200. Total cuts $15,223. Total revised budget
$71,263. Charge a card fee of $16.00 per year or $4.00 per
quarter to non - residents.
