AMENDING SECTION 5.24.040 OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL
CODE IN REGARD TO CITY AMUSEMENT LICENSE FEE
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the
of Laurel, Montana, that Section 5.24.040 of
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 5.24.040. Amusement License Fees.
City

The annual license fee for each business
establishment containing any amusement devices or
including but not limited to pool tables, juke
electronic games, and pinball machines, excepting such
as are covered by Chapter 48 of this title, shall
