Minutes -The minutes of the June 27, 1989 meeting were read
and approved.
Report of the Librarian - Traffic for June 89 was 2,119 down 11%
from June 88. Circulation for June 89 was 4,176 down 2% from
June 88. Circulations per hour were 24.6 for June 89 and
21.8 for June of 88.
Committee Report -
Centennial Parade -A motion was passed to purchase a gift
certificate for Bob Graham in appreciation for using his
wagon in the parade.
Federation Advisory Board meeting -Adele Zink reported on
the July 17,1989 meeting that she attended which included
the State Library Commission Report and the Federation
Plan of Service.
Friends -Sue Carter reported on some information she received
from Sue Nissen.
New Business -A motion was passed to accept two milk cans.
Election of Officers -The following officers were elected for one
year terms.

Vice Chairman - Campbell Calvert
Federation Advisory Representative -Adele Zink
Adjourned -2:55 p.m.
