Board of Trustees
Feb. 27,1990
Attending -Gene Williams(presiding),Burt Kucera, Bonnie
Preikszas,Sue Carter, Peggy Arnold.
Minutes -The minutes for the regular meeting held Dec.
19 were read and approved. The was no quorum for the
Jan. 30, 1990 meeting.
Communications -The 1990 -91 budget worksheets have been
distributed and are due March 21.
Report of the Librarian - Traffic for Jan. 1990 was 2,632
up 4% circulation was 4,232 down 5 %.
Committee Reports - P.A.L.S. -Peggy Arnold attended the
Jan. 27 meeting and worked on the Federation Budget
for fiscal year 1990 -91. The next meeting is March
1.
Old Business - Guidelines for use of the community room
were adopted with Burt Kucera making the motion, Bonnie
Preikszas, seconded, passed unanimously. A work meeting
will be held March 13 at 1:30 to work on the memorial
and donation plaques.

New Business - National Library Week will be April 22-
28 and we will observe it with an open house on April
25 from 2 -6 p.m. Local artists will be invited to display
their work during this week also.
Next meeting -March 27 at 1:30
