Attending -Gene Williams(presiding), Bonnie Preikszas, Sue
Carter, Burt Kucera, Peggy Arnold
Minutes -read and approved
Communications -The Montana State Library Commission meeting
will be held here on Oct. 24 and a reception will be held
the evening before. Peggy Arnold will serve on the committee
to review the L.S.C.A. Title II Grant applications.
Report of the Librarian - Traffic for Feb. 90 was 2,101 down
10% from Feb. 89. Circulation was 3,417 down 7.7 %.
Committee Reports -Burt Kucera will attend the next Federation
Advisory Board meeting on April 28 at 1 p.m.
Old Business -The Federated Woman's Club will provide cookies
for the open house on April 25. Sue Carter made a motion
to add 'for non - profit groups only' to the rules for community
room use, Burt Kucera seconded, motion passed.
Next meeting -April 24 at 1:30, special meeting April 4 at
1:30 to work on donation and memorial plaques.
