Attending -Gene Williams(presiding), Bonnie Preikszas,
Burt Kucera, Sue Carter, Campbell Calvert, and Peggy
Arnold
Minutes - read,corrected, and approved
Communications -There will be a workshop on "difficult
people" at the Parmly Billings Library Thursday June
28 and a hearing on voluntary certification of librarians.
Report of the Librarian - Traffic for May was 2,343,
down 11% from May 89. Circulation for May 90 was 3,842
down 10% from May 89.
Unfinished Business -Sue had samples from the Toombs
of the memorial plaques. A motion was passed to accept
the layout of the memorial plaques. A motion was passed
to put the names of individuals on a plaque when memorials
total $100 or more.
New Business -
Election of officers
Chairman -Gene Williams, Vice Chairman -Camb Calvert,
and Federation Representative -Burt Kucera.
Next Meeting -July 31 at 7 p.m.
