Communications -The following events will be coming
up.
Sept.6- P.A.L.S.
Sept. 22- Governor's Preconference 9 -4
Oct. 20- Federation Advisory Board meeting 11:30 -4
Oct. 24- Montana State Library Commission Meeting
Circulation Report- Traffic for July 90 was 2,293 up
16% from July 89. Circulation for July 90 was 4,305
up 6% from July 89.
Unfinished Business -Mr. and Mrs. Doug Toombs delivered
the donation and memorial plaques. A motion was passed
to accept the plaques and to process the invoice from
Namesake Engraving.
New Business - Letters for an outside sign will be investigated.
Election of Officers -Sue Carter was elected Chairman
of the Board. Gene Williams term on the library board
has expired and a new member will be searched for.
Next Meeting -Sept. 25,1990 at 7 p.m.
