Dear Peggy,
It is with regret that I must resign my job as Library Aide
in the evenings. As you know, we are buying a home in Billings.
It is just not practical to commute from Billings to Laurel for
my part -time job. This resignation will be effective October 31.
I have truly enjoyed working in this position and being on the
staff this past year.
Sincerely,
Patricia Flohr

Dear Mr. Gauthier:
I would like your permission to fill the aid position
which will be open Nov.1 because of the resignation of
Pat Flohr. I would like to start advertising the position
Oct. 24 so that a replacement may be found by early or
mid November. The aid position is the 10 hour part time
position and salary to begin would be $4.25 per hour.
Please let me know your decision so that I may initiate
the hiring process.
Sincerely,
q /r G,/12'1-61/1
