Nov. 90 circulation was 2,975 down 18% from Nov. 89. Dec. 90 traffic was 1,587 down 6% from Dec. 89. Dec. 90 circulation was 2,521 up 2% from Dec. 89. COMMITTEE REPORTS -Peggy Arnold gave a report on the Jan. 17 P.A.L.S. meeting. OLD BUSINESS -A motion was passed to accept the $1,512 bid by Rimrock Signs.
