Vennes, Campbell Calvert, and Peggy Arnold
Minutes -read, corrected, and approved
Communications -Peggy received some materials from
a vendor on automation of libraries.
Committees -no reports
Circulation- Traffic for November 91 was 1,885 up
1% from Nov. 90, circulation for Nov. 91 was 2,733
down 9% from Nov. 90. Traffic for Dec. 91 was
1,616 up 2% from Dec. 90, circulation for Dec.
91 was 2,455 down 4% from Dec. 90.
Old Business -There was some discussion about the
light for the flagpole and the copy machine.
New Business -We discussed the possibility of requesting
more for the book budget in next years budget and
shelving.
