Attending -Sue Carter(presiding), Camb Calvert,
Burt Kucera, Donna Kilpatrick, Peggy Arnold
Minutes -read and approved
Communications - Everyone should have received their
packet from the Montana Library Association for
the annual conference to be held April 26 -29.
Committee Reports -Peggy attended the Feb. 20th
P.A.L.S. meeting on Feb. 20th. Their will be another
meeting on March 12 to complete the Federation
plan of service.
Circulation- Traffic for Jan. 1991 was 2,111 down
3% from Jan. 1991. Circulation for Jan. 1992 was
3,470 down 11.5% from Jan. 1991.
Old Business -The flag is now lighted and their
was some discussion about purchasing a copier.
New Business - Anyone interested in attending the
M.L.A. conference may meet March 5 at 4 p.m. to
discuss it.
Next meeting -March 24 at 7p.m.
