Attending -Sue Carter(presiding), Burt Kucera, Shirley

Communications and Announcements -
The preliminary budget 'requests are due April
1. There will be a South Central Federation Advisory
Board meeting on April 11 and a Trustee Training Workshop
sponsored by the Montana State Library Commission on
May 9.
A 'Call for America's Libraries Campaign' will
be held March 16 -April 11. Everyone over 18 is to
call a special 800 number to let our nation's legislator's
know that American's support their libraries.
National Library Week will be observed April 5-
11. Anyone may vote for their favorite books during
our 'Elect to Read' campaign.
The Montana Library Association annual conference
will be held in Bozeman April 26 -29. Burt Kucera will
attend a trustee workshop on April 26 and Peggy Arnold
will attend the conference April 27 -29.
Traffic and Circulation- Traffic for Feb. 92 was 2,093
up .4% from Feb. 91. Circulation for Feb. 92 was 3,301
down 3% from Feb. 91.
Old Business -The board will work on a three year plan
for the library after the Trustee Training Workshop
in May.
New Business -There was some discussion about asking
for more money for the book budget and asking for money
for a used photocopier. The Herbsfest committee would
like to purchase a plaque dedicating the Herbsfest
mugs in memory of Bob Mace.
Next meeting- Wednesday April 22 at 7 p.m.
