Attending -Sue Carter(presiding), Burt Kucera, Campbell
Calvert, Shirley Vennes, Peggy Arnold
Minutes -read and approved
Communications and announcements -The M.L.A. Conference
will be held April 26 -30. The community room will
be used for an awards ceremony on April 30th by 'United
to Serve' and it will be used by a teacher's sorority
on May 2. The trustee workshop will be held on May
9th at the Parmly Billings Library and there will be
a preliminary budget meeting at City Hall at 6:30 p.m.
on May 12.
Traffic and Circulation- Traffic for March of 92 was
2,441 up 10% from March of 91. Circulation for March
of 92 was 3,538 down 1% from March of 91.
Old Business -Donna Kilpatrick has some marketing ideas
from a seminar that may be useful for our three year
plan.
New Business -We will host an Art Show May 18 -21.
Next meeting -May 26th at 7 p.m.
