Communications- N(thing has been changed on our
preliminary budget requests.The Art Guild will
be donating a book or money for a book to the
library. Federated Woman's Club may be using the
community room for informational meetings for
newcomers called "Whats Up ".
Committee Reports- M.L.A. convention -the one item
that stood out during the convention was to use
your policy manuals to fall back on. The next
P.A.L.S. meeting will be July 18,1992.
Traffic - Traffic for May 1992 was 2,157 down 6%
from May of 1991. Circulation was 2,980 down 1%
from May of 1991.
Old Business - Movies have been ordered for Sept.
23 and Sept. 30 to be shown in the community room.
New Business -We will let the literacy groups in
Billings know that we have a room available for
their use. Election of officers was held with
Donna Kilpatrick elected chair, Shirley Vennes
vice - chair, and Burt Kucera Federation Advisory
Board Member.
Next meeting -July 28 at 7 p.m.
