Attending -Donna Kilpatrick(presiding), Burt Kucera,
Sue Carter, Camb Calvert, Peggy Arnold
Minutes -read and approved
Communications -The board received a thankyou from
the family of Don Nottingham for the memorial
donation. Peggy distributed some information
about the Writer's Voice and she gave a report
on the conference call with the State Library
Commission.
Committee Reports
National Library Week April 18 -24 -we will
try to have a play, art show, and an open house
with advertising done with fliers and in the Outlook.
Circulation- Traffic for January 93 was 2,093 down
1% from January 92. Circulation for January 93
was 3,328 down 4% from January 93.-
Old Business -We discussed planning the pamphlet
to promote the library.
New Business -We discussed planning for National
Library Week.
Next Meeting -March 23 at 7 p.m.
