Attending -Donna Kilpatrick(presiding), Camb Calvert, Burt Kucera, Sue Carter,
and Peggy Arnold
Minutes -read and approved
Communications -Peggy submitted the annual statistical report to the Montana
State Library.
Committee Reports -Peggy attended a workshop on Consumer Health which was
followed by a P.A.L.s meeting on Oct. 16.
Circulation and Traffic - Circulation for August 93 was 3705 down 6% from the previous
August. Traffic for August was 2128 down 7% from the previous August.
Unfinished Business -We will meet on a Wednesday before the next regular board
meeting to work on Planning and Role Setting and Section 1 of the Trustee Manual.
