BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel, that Section 18.32.045 is hereby added to read as follows: Section 18.32.045 Fees for Examining Land Surveyor. At the time of submittal of the Final Plat the subdivider must pay the City fee for examination of the plat by its examining land surveyor under Section 18.32.020(B), if such examination is required by the City Engineer, said fees to be in the amount as required by Section 18.72.050. Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on 1987, by Alderman PASSED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this day of 1987. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel, Montana, that Section 18.72.050 is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 18.72.050 Schedule of Fees The appropriate fee shall accompany the Preliminary Plat, the Preliminary Minor Plat, and the Final Plat at the time of submittal. The City- County Planning Board shall establish all such fees and may revise them from time to time after public hearing. Fees shall be set so as to cover all advertising, postage, and examining land sur- veyor costs and expenses. Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on 1987, by Alderman PASSED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this day of 1987.
