PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES

Attending -Donna Kilpatrick(presiding), Burt Kucera,
Shirley Vennes, Sue Carter, Peggy Arnold
Minutes -read and approved
Communications -We received the federation mini -
grant in the amount of $817.55.
Old Business -The board will continue to work on
the policy manual in the fall.
New Business - Election of officers -The following
officers were re- elected to office by motion:
Donna Kilpatrick - president, Shirley Vennes -Vice
President, Burt Kucera- Federation Advisory Board
member.
Report of the Librarian - Circulation for June 94
was 3,653 down 14% from June 93. Traffic for June
94 was 1,977 down 14% from June 93.
Next meeting -Aug.4 at 12:30 p.m.
