Attending -Donna Kilpatrick(presiding), Sue Carter,

Minutes -read and approved
Communications -There will be a collection management
workshop Oct. 7 in Billings.
Old Business -We will resume work on the trustee
manual Oct. 6.
New Business -We are observing winter hours. We
will try to get another program in the community
room from the Yellowstone County Extension Office.
Peggy will look into getting an electric mower
and plans for a sprinkler system.
Report of the Librarian- August 94 traffic was
1,686 down 21% from August 93. Circulation for
August 94 was 3,705 down 11% from 1993.
Next meeting -Oct. 6,1994 at 12:30 p.m.
