Attending -Donna Kilpatrick(presiding), Sue Carter,
Kathryn Kucera, Marilyn Minch, Shirley Cahill, Peggy
Arnold, and one guest
Minutes -read and approved
Communications -Memo from Mayor Rodgers concerning
the budget
Old Business -Peggy gave a report on work on the Collection
Development policy update.
New Business-
Election of Officers -the following officers were
elected by acclamation:
President -Donna Kilpatrick
Vice President - Shirley Cahill
Federation Advisor - Kathryn Kucera
Report of Statistics - Circulation for June 1995 was
3,564 down 2% from June 1994. Traffic for June 1995
was 1840 down 7% from June 1994.
Discussion - Friends group and planning were discussed
