AMENDING SECTION 18.32.020, FINAL PLAT
APPLICATION, TO PROVIDE THAT FINAL PLATS
SHALL BE REVIEWED BY PLANNING BOARD, CITY
ENGINEER, AND EXAMINING LAND SURVEYOR.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel, that
Section 18.32.020 is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 18.32.020 Final Plat Application.
A. no change
B. Application for final plat approval shall be made on or before
five (5) o'clock of any given Monday. The City Engineer and
the Planning office shall check the final plat for conformity
with all City standards and requirements.
C. After the final plat has been corrected, if required, the
subdivider shall prepare and submit the corrected plat to the
City-County Planning Board, the City Engineer and/or the
County Surveyor for their signatures of approval.
D. (1) The final plat and supplementary material, as specified
in these regulations, shall then be presented to the
City Clerk for placement on the City Council agenda for
approval and their signatures together with an abstract

Certificate of Title for the City Attorney's review and
report.
