Attending -Donna Kilpatrick(presiding), Shirley Cahill,
Katherine Kucera, Marilyn Minch, Peggy Arnold
Minutes - corrected and approved
Coorespondence- Received information on the Montana
Library Association Conference, the next Federation
Advisory Board meeting will be March 30 in Billings,
received a letter from Colin Powell
Circulation - Traffic for February 96 was 1,819 down
1% from February 95. Circulation for February 96 was
3,758 up 21% from February 95.
Old Business -We discussed the Jump -a -thon and National
Library Week activities.
New Business -We are requested to meet with the Government
Review Commisssion on April 8 at 7p.m.. We discussed
the budget, computer purchase possibilities, and summer
reading program.
Next meeting -April 18 at 7:15.
