Attending -Donna Kilpatrick(presiding), Marilyn Minch,
Shirley Cahill, Sue Carter and Peggy Arnold
Minutes -read and approved
Coorespondence -Peggy received a grant notice from the
Library of America and the agenda for the PALS meeting
for May 16.
Circulation- Traffic for April 96 was 1,880 up 1% from
April 95, circulation for April 96 was 3,317 down 1%
from April 95.
Unfinished Business -Items discussed included the Jumpathon,
National Library Week, the Montana Library Association
conference, summer reading, computer purchase, and
the Dedication of the wall units in memory of Gene
Williams.
New Business -We discussed reactivating the planning
process and doing a users survey in the library.
Next meeting -June 5 at 7 p.m.
