Board of Trustees June 13,1996
Attending -Donna Kilpatrick(presiding), Katherine
Kucera, Shirley Cahill, Sue Carter
Minutes -read and approved
Coorespondence -none
Circulation Report- Traffic for May 96 was 1,657
down 10% from May 95. Circulation for May 96 was
2,743 down 20% from May 95.
Unfinished Business -A draft of the survey was
presented and will be revised. Invitations will
be sent out for the dedication of the wall units
in memory of Gene Williams on July 11 at 7:00
p.m. The status of the preliminary budget looked
good so far.
New Business - Election of officers was held with
the following results:
President -Donna Kilpatrick
V. President - Shirley Cahill
Federation Advisory Board - Katherine Kucera
The board will recommend to the Mayor that Katherine
Kucera be appointed to the Library Board for a
five year term to expire June 30, 2001.
Next meeting July 11 at 6:30 p.m.
