Attending -Donna Kilpatrick(presiding), Katherine Kucera,
Marilyn Minch, Shirley Cahill, Sue Carter, Peggy Arnold
Minutes -read and approved
Coorespondence -The library received a check in the
amount of $739.53 from the State of Montana as authorized
in MCA 22- 1- 327(state aid -per capita -per square mile).
The next P.A.L.S. meeting will be hosted by the Laurel
Public Library on Sept. 21 and a potluck will follow.
Library Use Report- Traffic for Aug. 96 was 1,573 down
7% from Aug. 95. Circulation for Aug. 96 was 3,407
up 10% from Aug. 95.
Old Business -An informal survey was conducted this
summer and will be held again later this fall. A new
MacIntosh computer has been purchased and the Library
Trust has donated a TV and VCR for use in the community
room.
New Business - Bernice Mason will be asked to present
a Holiday program.
Next meeting -Oct. 2, 1996 at 7 p.m.
