AMENDING SECTION 18.20.020(B) and SECTION
18.28.020(A} CORRECTING CLERICAL ERRORS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel, that
Section 18.20.020(B) is hereby Mended to read as follows:
Section 18.20.020 Preliminary Plat Application
A. no change
B. Written application for preliminary plat approval along
with the required fee as established in Chapter 18.72.050
shall be submitted to the City-County Planning Board together
with 24 copies of the material as specified in these regula-
tions.
C. no change in rest of ordinance
Section 18.28.020 Minor Plat Application
A. Written application for minor plat approval along with the
required fee as established in Chapter 18.72.050, shall be
submitted to the City-County Planning Board together with
twenty (20) copies of the minor plat containing all the
information and supplementary material as required in a
preliminary plat submittal in Chapter 18.20.040.
B. no change in rest of ordinance
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on
March 3 , 1987, by Alderman O~nk~rnnn
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor
this 17thday of March , 1987.
This ordinance shall become effective 30 days after final
passage by the Laurel City Council.
