Board of Trustees Dec. 11, 1996
Attending -Donna Kilpatrick(presiding), Katherine Kucera,
Marilyn Minch, Shirley Cahill, and Peggy Arnold
Minutes -read and approved
Coorespondence -The open house to introduce the Family
Resource Center will be held Dec. 17,1996 from 5 -7 p.m.
We received information about the Montana Access Project
from the Montana Library Association.
Circulation Report- Traffic for Nov. 96 was 1,321 down
9% from Nov. 95. Circulation for Nov. 96 was 2,961 down
6% from Nov. 95.
Old Business -We reviewed the latest survey and we reviewed
a rough draft for appropriated use of the TV, VCR, and
computer.
New Business - Internet access was discussed. A motion
was passed to close the library at noon on Dec. 24th
and at 5 p.m. on Dec. 31.
