Attending -Donna Kilpatrick(presiding), Shirley Cahill,
Sue Carter, Katherine Kucera, Marilyn Minch, Peggy

Minutes -read and approved
Coorespondence -Job service left an ad with their home
page internet address, received an invitation from
M.L.A. to attend a breakfast in Helena with your legislators
on Jan. 13, 1997, and received information on the Offline
Retreat in Helena Feb. 6 -8. A motion was passed to
send Peggy to the Offline retreat.
Circulation report- Traffic for Dec. 96 was 1,234 up
3% from Dec. 95. Circulation for Dec. 96 was 2,863
up 20% from Dec. 95.
Old Business -The Family Resource Center open house
was held Dec. 17 and Peggy also spoke at Rotary that
day.
New Business -The Laurel Federated Women's Club will
hold an Easter Egg Hunt on March 26 and will perform
a play at Story Time on April 16 during National Library
Week.
